Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

These rules apply to all image and video generation features, including Create image, Image generation, and video generation, and to prompts, uploads, reference materials, generated outputs, and content shared through Cyberbara. You must not request, generate, upload, or distribute any of the following:

  1. Pornography / NSFW: Sexually explicit material, pornography, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  2. Violence / gore: Graphic violence, gore, torture, depictions of severe injury, or content encouraging or glorifying violence or terrorism.
  3. Hate speech: Content promoting hatred, dehumanization, discrimination, or violence against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.
  4. Child-unsafe content / CSAM: Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming, or content promoting child abuse or endangerment. This includes synthetic, AI-generated, or fictional depictions.
  5. Deepfakes / impersonation: Deceptive or harmful deepfakes, non-consensual use of a person's likeness or voice, identity impersonation, fraud, or fabricated endorsements. Obtain necessary consent and clearly disclose permitted synthetic media; disclosure does not make otherwise prohibited content acceptable.
  6. Copyright / trademark infringement: Content infringing copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. You must have the necessary rights or permission for uploaded and reference materials and for your intended use of outputs.

These restrictions apply even when content is private or a model's safety setting is disabled. Attempts to evade moderation are prohibited.

Reporting Content and Appealing Decisions

Report suspected violations to support@cyberbara.com, using the subject Content report. Include the content link or generation/task ID, the suspected violation, and enough context to locate and assess it. Rights holders should identify the protected work or trademark and explain their claim. Never attach or redistribute suspected CSAM; provide a link or identifier instead.

We review reports, assess the relevant content and context, and may request more information. Child-safety risks and credible threats receive priority. Confirmed violations may lead to blocked generation, removal or restriction of content, or account suspension or termination. Where required by law, we preserve relevant evidence and report to competent authorities. We communicate the outcome to the reporter where feasible and legally permitted, without disclosing another user's private data. To appeal a moderation decision, email the same address with the task ID or account details and the reasons for review.

Platform Content Moderation

Cyberbara uses automated checks for prompts and input images on supported generation routes, together with safety controls applied by model providers. Coverage depends on the model, route, and applicable safety configuration; we do not claim that every output receives automated or human review before delivery. Content rules apply regardless of technical coverage.

Our team reviews reported or flagged content and relevant generation records as needed to investigate violations and appeals. We may block requests, restrict or remove violating outputs, and suspend or terminate accounts based on severity and repeated abuse. Automated checks can make mistakes or miss violations; users must review outputs before use and report suspected violations through the channel above. Moderation-related access and data handling follow our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions, Automatic Renewal, and Online Cancellation

Starter, Pro, and Max plans are offered with monthly, quarterly, or annual billing periods, as displayed at checkout. For recurring subscriptions, you authorize automatic charges to your selected payment method at the price and interval disclosed at checkout until you cancel. One-time purchases and plans explicitly identified as non-renewing do not renew automatically; continued access requires a new purchase.

Cancel online: Open Settings → Billing, sign in to the account used for your purchase, locate your subscription, and choose Cancel Subscription from its action menu. If directed to the payment provider's customer portal, sign in using your purchase email and complete the cancellation there. Follow the confirmation steps and verify the cancellation status or confirmation email. You can cancel online without contacting support.

Cancellation stops future renewals once confirmed; it does not automatically refund payments already made. Your prepaid subscription benefits remain available through the end of the paid billing period, subject to the applicable credit allocation and expiration rules shown for your plan. Cancel before your next renewal charge to avoid the next payment. For one-time plans there is no automatic renewal to cancel. Refund requests are handled separately under the refund terms below. If you have trouble accessing the cancellation page, contact support@cyberbara.com.

Pricing and Payments

Monthly, quarterly, and annual Starter, Pro, and Max subscriptions automatically renew at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. One-time or explicitly non-renewing purchases do not renew automatically. Cancel online: open Settings → Billing, sign in with your purchase account, find your subscription, open its action menu, and select Cancel Subscription. Complete the confirmation steps, including any payment-provider portal steps, and check the cancellation status or confirmation email. Cancel before the next renewal charge to stop future charges. Paid benefits continue through the end of the paid period, subject to your plan’s credit rules. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous payments.

  • Purchases are refundable within 7 days, and refunds apply only to the value of unused credits
  • Prices are subject to change with notice to users
  • You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan
  • Payment terms are based on your selected payment method and plan
